SUCCESS SUMMITS FOR ADMINISTRATORS
1. We will send motivational speakers to every school and every administratorto share our national vision of building Nigeria into the world’s most desirable nation to live in by Dec 31, 2025.
2. We will restore the lost hope in the future of our great nationin the mind of every administratorand share the 10 VALUES that must be imbibed and demonstrated asa way of life in order to re-build a great nation.
3. We will facilitate a Needs Assessment of every school to ascertain the infrastructure, equipment, furniture, human resource etc. requirements of each school.
4. We will facilitate success seminars for administrators to assist them acquire skills to identify and harness the financial and other resources available to their schools through the ALUMNI ECONOMY.
5. We will facilitate seminars on organisational development, human capital management and leading edge techniques of the management of educational institutions.
6. We will share the principles and habitsthat naturally deliver academic excellence to every student through a “Train the Trainers”program. SCHOLARSHIPS, MENTORING & GURANTEED FUTURE INCOME SECURITY FOR SCHOLARS.
7. We will embark on a nationwide clarion call for PASSIONATE ADMINISTRATORS.
8. We will enrol individuals who believe they have a passion anda calling in the administration of quality education. Such volunteers will offer their skills, passion and expertise to willing schools as members of an ADVISORY BOARD FOR QUALITY STANDARDS.
9. We will develop a world-class certification programtitled THE 7-STAR EDUCATION ADMINISTRATOR training program that incorporates technical training skills with requisite lifeskills to be a top-class, world-class administrator.
10. We will facilitate a career development and management program alongside a census of all administrators to determine how many administrators are really available for every subject.
11. We will facilitate a grading of the administrators from 1-star to the ultimate 7-star rating.
12. We will then assist every administrator arrive at a development planthat will clearly outline what training and development will be required to take them to the next level along the 7-star rating scale.
13. We will provide an incentive scheme for the administration of academic excellencethrough our scholarship fund to schools with the highest numbers and percentages of scholars in their national examinations. The scholarship fund will provide financial grants to the schools for further development to world-class centres of academic excellence.
14. We will recognise and celebrate the achievement of every great administrator at our annual awards nights where renowned celebrities and role models will present awards to the distinguished administrators. Each award will be accompanied by an attractive cash prize to provide further incentive to be the best administrators in the world.
15. We will publish the bio data of every great administrator inNigeriaon our world wide website and secure the most prestigious job offers for them.
