THE MAKING OF A GREAT TEACHER SEMINARS
We will send motivational speakers to every school and every teacher to share our national vision of building Nigeria into the world’s most desirable nation to live in by Dec 31, 2025.We will restore the lost hope in the future of our great nationin the mind of every teacher and share the 10 VALUES that must be imbibed and demonstrated as a way of life in order to re-build a great nation.
We will assist every teacher to realise the difference between good teachers and GREAT TEACHERS through our ‘The Making of a Great Teacher’ seminar. The requirements and benefits of being a great teacher will become desirable to every teacher.
We will inspire every teacher to aspire for greatness. We will share the principles and habits that naturally deliver academic excellence to every student through a Train the Trainers program.We will embark on a nationwide clarion call for PASSIONATE TEACHERS.
We will enrol individuals who believe they have a passion and a calling in the teaching profession.We will deploy a world-class certification program titled THE 7-STAR TEACHER training program that incorporates technical training skills with requisite life skills to be a top-class, world-class teacher.We will facilitate a career development and management program alongside a census of all teachers to determine how many teachers are really available for every subject.
SCHOLARSHIPS, MENTORING & GURANTEED FUTURE INCOME SECURITY FOR SCHOLARS.
We will facilitate a grading of the teachers from 1-star to the ultimate 7-star rating. We will then assist every teacher arrive at a development plan that will clearly outline what training and development will be required to take them to the next level along the 7-star rating scale.We will provide an incentive scheme for the pursuit of academic excellence through our scholarship fund to great teachers with at least 80% of their students scoring distinction in their national examinations. The scholarship fund will provide financial support to great teachers who wish to pursue further education for career advancement.
We will recognise and celebrate the achievement of every great teacher at our annual awards nights where renowned celebrities and role models will present awards to the distinguished teacher. Each award will be accompanied by an attractive cash prize to provide further incentive to be the best teachers in the world. We will publish the bio data of every great teacher in Nigeria on our world wide website and secure the most prestigious job offers for them. We will enlist aspiring and eligible great teachers on a mentoring programme to offer them a platform to meet and learn from the practical experience of other great teachers from all around the world. We will restore great pride to the teaching profession.
