Vision

By December 31, 2025, we will have discovered, implemented, proven and standardised the most effective leading edge techniques for teaching and learning. We will have some of the world’s most advanced educational research programs tirelessly searching out yet-uncovered mysteries about teaching behaviour and learning behaviour. We will have the adequate funds and grants for the world’s leading researchers to enable their commitment and focus on pure and applied educational research.

Our schools will be designed and built in accordance to research findings. We will know the required height of classroom ceilings, colour of the wall-paint, gestures and body language of teachers etc. that inspire sustained attention and the greatest assimilation. We will identify the perfect font types and font sizes, colours and diagrams that stimulate reading for each class level.

We will have ascertained the most effective training tools and techniques that deliver the greatness interest and passion in every subject. We will be clear on how to identify budding traits that must be managed and the most effective disciplinary styles that immediately reform behaviour. We will understand how to connect with students at all levels and the most effective ways to infuse in them the vision, values, lifestyle and skills required to build Nigeria into the world’s most desirable nation to live in by December 31, 2025.

Strategy

NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH CONFERENCE
1.We will embark on a nationwide clarion call for RESEARCHERS OF TEACHING AND LEARNING TECHNIQUES & BEHAVIOUR. Scientists, analysts, psychologists and experts from every field of educational research.

2.We will facilitate a NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH CONFERENCE where we will share our national vision of building Nigeria into the world’s most desirable nation to live in by Dec 31, 2025.

3.We will restore the lost hope in the future of our great nation in the mind of every researcher and share the 10 VALUES that must be imbibed and demonstrated as a way of life in order to re-build a great nation.

4.These researchers will be encouraged to share current best-practice techniques that have already been proven worldwide as the most effective means of teaching and learning. Teams of researchers would be formed to manage pilot testing for such techniques and to study the effect of such techniques on our teachers and students.

5.The researchers will also be encouraged to present proposals for specific educational research into issues peculiar to our society and values

6. These research would be evaluated and endorsed for private-sector funding on our world wide website.

7.We will exercise our influence to ensure that proven techniques are adopted into our curriculum and teachers-training systems.

8.We will recognise and celebrate the achievement of every break-through researcher at our annual awards nights where renowned celebrities and role models including world-acclaimed scientists will present awards to the distinguished researchers.
