FUTURE LEADER is a mentoring platform initiated by Fela to develop the next generation of great leaders of the future in their different spheres of industry, commerce, professional services, governance and the home.
Here, aspiring and eligible scholars are given the opportunity to meet with leaders and role models who have excelled legitimately in their fields of aspiration. Within our MENTORING PROGRAM we have a pool of professionals in our database from different walks of life who have volunteered to mentor interested students.
• We assist students to determine ‘the’ field in which they aspire to attain leadership in the future, in the private or public sectors.
• We then arrange for a mentor who is currently “living their dream” to meet with them, and through a structured program, share their success secrets & stories as well as the avoidable mistakes & pitfalls they made.
The impact of the FUTURE LEADER programme will be to raise great leaders today that will earn and deserve the leadership and positions of tomorrow.
